Product Requirements Brief

Use this before starting any development work to align your team around what you are building and why. Fill in each section before handing off to a development team or agency.

How to use this template: Work through each section in order. If you cannot answer a section clearly, that is a signal to resolve it before development begins. Incomplete or vague sections are where projects go wrong. Aim to have every field filled before sharing with your development team.
