About Us
We have spent the better part of two decades doing this work inside organizations. Here's a bit about who we are.
We have done this work from the inside.
Before starting this practice, both of us worked at k-ecommerce, a B2B SaaS ecommerce platform serving manufacturers and distributors in North America. Over the course of that work, we were directly involved in dozens of customer implementations, from onboarding and configuration to ERP integration, catalog migration, and go-live planning.
The customers who succeeded had a few things in common: someone who could bridge the business logic and the technical configuration, clear requirements before touching the platform, and a realistic picture of what the ERP integration would require in practice. The customers who struggled had the inverse: they started configuring before they had finished deciding, underestimated the ERP side, and had no one whose job it was to own the gap between what was sold and what needed to be built.
This experience is the foundation of how we approach ecommerce and implementation engagements. We have seen what works and what fails, not from a distance, but from inside the platform, alongside the customer teams dealing with the day-to-day reality of a live implementation.
Who we are
Elisabeth Martin
Product & Ecommerce Consultant
Elisabeth Martin has spent 17 years working in product and ecommerce, most of it at k-ecommerce, a B2B SaaS platform serving manufacturers and distributors across North America. She started as a Business Analyst and worked her way up to Director of Product Management, covering requirements, roadmaps, ERP integrations, and getting things actually shipped. She has a technical background in electrical engineering and computer science to back it up.
What she brings to client work is mostly clarity and a sense of direction. A lot of the organizations she works with are dealing with too many competing priorities, unclear requirements, or implementations that started before anyone agreed on what done looks like. She helps sort that out.
Cédric Butler
Product & Ecommerce Consultant
Cédric Butler has spent over 10 years working on B2B ecommerce projects connected to ERP systems and complex operational workflows. He has worked on migrations, integrations, pricing structures, and the kind of customer-specific business rules that make ecommerce implementations harder than they look.
He thinks in systems, and he has seen enough implementations go sideways to know that the complexity is almost always in the details everyone assumed were handled.
Complementary strengths. A shared approach.
There is no account manager between you and the work. When you engage with us, you work directly with us. No junior staff, no subcontractors.
We adapt our involvement to what the situation requires. Sometimes that means working closely with a team week to week, and other times it means delivering a clear analysis and set of recommendations and stepping back.
Clarity before action
We do not recommend before we understand. Every engagement starts with a clear picture of what you are trying to achieve and why.
Practical recommendations
Our advice is grounded in what can actually be implemented, not what sounds good in theory. We account for your constraints, team, and context.
Tailored support
No two engagements look the same. We shape our involvement around your needs, not a fixed delivery model.
Business outcomes first
We measure success by whether your work moves forward with less confusion and less risk, not by deliverable count.
